Munich / Hamburg, June 9, 2021. The real estate company Becken has achieved a sales quota of 50 percent for its HOCH DER ISAR residential project development in the Au-Haidhausen district of Munich. On the approximately 9,000 square meter construction site at Hochstrasse 75, Becken is building an ensemble of 13 individual residential buildings with a total of 185 high-quality condominiums by the turn of the year 2022/2023. When marketing the exclusive residential units, Becken is combining the local brokerage expertise of Munich real estate agent Walser with a data-driven marketing platform for condominiums from Berlin-based company allmyhomes. Sales and consultation meetings are conducted without restrictions using the digital sales room for real estate "REALTYDESK" from 202up GmbH.
"The marketing success confirms the individual quality of the project and the hybrid marketing strategy," says Olaf Drossert, Managing Director of Becken Estates GmbH. "We are experiencing strong demand from both owner-occupiers and investors. Most buyers come from Munich and the surrounding area and particularly appreciate the unobstructed view as well as the timeless, heterogeneous architectural language and the coordinated interior design concept," explains Drossert. Joachim Schmidt-Mertens, Managing Director of Becken Development GmbH, adds: "Despite the coronavirus pandemic and its effects, we are currently still on schedule in terms of both construction and marketing. "The sizes of the future condominiums vary from 30 to 330 square meters. The 185 apartments are divided into eleven penthouse apartments, 88 city studios and culture apartments, 72 spacious city apartments, eleven garden apartments and three townhouses.
Becken is planning to realize further residential projects in Munich: "We are currently looking for attractive plots of land with potential for further residential projects in the Bavarian capital," says Drossert. Becken's current residential development pipeline currently comprises real estate projects throughout Germany worth around 460 million euros. Over the next three years, the real estate company will make around 650 apartments available to the housing market.
