Munich / Hamburg, 9 June 2021. The real estate company Becken has achieved a sales quota of 50 percent for its residential project development HOCH DER ISAR in the Munich district of Au-Haidhausen. On the approximately 9,000 square metre building site at Hochstraße 75, Becken is realising an ensemble of 13 individual residential buildings with a total of 185 high-quality condominiums by the turn of the year 2022/2023. In marketing the exclusive residential units, Becken is combining the local brokerage expertise of the Munich real estate agent Walser with a data-driven marketing platform for condominiums from the Berlin-based company allmyhomes. Sales and advisory meetings are conducted without restrictions through the use of the digital sales room for real estate "REALTYDESK" by 202up GmbH.
"The marketing success confirms the individual quality of the project and the hybrid marketing strategy," says Olaf Drossert, Managing Director of Becken Estates GmbH. "We are experiencing strong demand from both owner-occupiers and capital investors. The buyers come mainly from Munich and the surrounding area and particularly appreciate the unobstructed view as well as the timeless, heterogeneous architectural language and the interior design concept coordinated with it," explains Drossert. Joachim Schmidt-Mertens, Managing Director of Becken Development GmbH, adds: "Despite the Corona pandemic and its effects, we are currently still on schedule both in terms of construction and marketing. The sizes of the future condominiums vary from 30 to 330 square metres. The 185 flats are divided into eleven penthouse flats, 88 city studios and culture flats, 72 spacious city flats, eleven garden flats and three townhouses.
Becken plans to realise further residential projects in Munich: "We are currently looking for attractive plots of land with potential for further residential projects in the Bavarian capital," says Drossert. Becken's current residential development pipeline currently includes property projects across Germany worth around 460 million euros. Over the next three years, the real estate company will make around 650 flats available to the housing market.
