INDUSTRIA, with 70 years of activity in the real estate market, offers a comprehensive package of asset and property management services and complements Becken's business areas, particularly in the field of regulated capital market products. Within the Becken Group, HASPA HanseGrund GmbH stands for stability and continuity in property management. It offers comprehensive tenant support and handles rental contract management as well as administrative tasks such as property accounting.

property and much more.
In addition to the company headquarters in Hamburg, Becken has offices in Berlin, Frankfurt am Main and Munich. Sustainable corporate structure
To ensure the future viability of the Becken Group, a Board of Directors was installed in April 2019. The Board of Directors is an advisory, supervisory and decision-making body and currently consists of four people. The Board supervises and advises the management of Becken Holding and the subordinate Group companies. The Board of Directors acts according to uniform guidelines across the Group.
In order to ensure family influence across generations, Dieter Becken and his daughter Dr. Nadine Becken, Managing Partner of Capella Vermögensverwaltung, hold two of the four seats on the Board. Dr. Rainer Stockmann, founding partner of the law firm GSK STOCKMANN, and Klaus Kuder, managing partner of Kuder Familypartner GmbH, will contribute their expertise in the fields of real estate law and asset strategy consulting for family offices. Mr. Kuder was responsible for the Family Office of Deutsche Bank for many years. In addition to decisions on the purchase and sale of real estate for the Becken Group, the Administrative Board's advisory focus is on important financial decisions and strategic issues relating to the Group's business policy. Rules of procedure for the Board of Directors and uniformly defined acquisition templates in the context of real estate project development have been adopted in order to further standardize the Group's operating activities and systematically manage risks.
