Marc Holzhausen
Member of the Management Board Becken Development GmbH
Marc Holzhausen is responsible for the realisation of highly complex construction projects. The trained carpenter studied civil engineering in Hamburg and began his career at Drees & Sommer in Hamburg. He was subsequently responsible for various major projects in the commercial, entertainment and retail real estate sectors at the Garbe Group, including the multiplex cinemas of the UCI Group and Stilwerk Hamburg.
In 2000 Marc Holzhausen moved to Becken Unternehmensgruppe, where he expanded the business areas of tenant concepts, planning, project management and claim management. After the merger of the construction management and project development divisions, Marc Holzhausen is responsible for the technical management of Becken Development. Marc Holzhausen has been a member of the management board of Becken Development GmbH since April 2018.
