Hauke Rahner has many years of expertise in the acquisition, analysis and structuring of high-end commercial real estate financing. The business graduate and real estate economist began his professional career in 1999 with an apprenticeship as a banker at Landesbank Kiel and subsequently took on various prominent functions in risk management and sales in the real estate customer division of HSH Nordbank AG. In 2015, Mr. Rahner moved to Commerzbank AG, where he most recently served as Deputy Site Manager of the Hamburg Competence Centre for Corporate Real Estate Clients. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Hauke Rahner had been Head of Financing and an authorized signatory for the Becken Group since 2017 before being appointed to the Management Board of Becken Holding GmbH on 1 January 2019. As CFO, he is responsible for the areas of: Finance, Controlling/Accounting, Legal, Organization and IT.
