Hamburg, 13.12.2024. Insolvency administrator Torsten Martini today concluded an exclusivity agreement with Becken Development GmbH for the acquisition of the Elbtower. The next step is to negotiate the details of the purchase agreement.

"I am delighted that exclusivity has been agreed with an investor for the Elbtower before Christmas. And I am confident that we will complete the sale with the investment group led by Dieter Becken," explained insolvency administrator Torsten Martini from the law firm GÖRG.

Dieter Becken, Managing Partner of Becken Holding GmbH, adds: "Hamburg not only deserves a completed Elbtower, but also a natural history museum of international stature. I am therefore delighted to have reached this decisive first milestone in the realization of our extraordinary project. Together with my consortium, I am passionately committed to this vision. The next step is to start detailed negotiations on the purchase agreement."
