Senior Asset Manager (m/f/d) - Hamburg

That awaits you:
  • Carrying out purchase inspections incl. management of due diligence, preparation of purchase calculations
  • Negotiation of purchase and sales contracts as well as execution of the property takeover
  • Communication and close cooperation at the interface to financing, new leasing and technical asset management
  • Further development of the (office) real estate portfolio with regard to future technical user and letting requirements as well as economic optimisation
  • Independent development of letting concepts and negotiation of existing tenancy agreements
  • Preparation of property-relevant business plans, investment and profitability calculations
  • Selection, coordination, control and monitoring of external service providers
    (Facility/Property Manager)
  • Regular reporting as well as reporting for the managed objects
  • Support in the development of new processes and guidelines as well as support in the area of organization and controlling

You bring that with you:

  • Successfully completed (technical) university studies, preferably with a focus on real estate/business administration and/or comparable training in the real estate industry with additional qualification as a real estate economist/
    Immobilienfachwirt (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience as well as proven success in the asset management of commercial real estate in both the value-add segment and core-plus segment
  • High degree of self-motivation, independence and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Great willingness to perform, care and accuracy
  • Very good MS knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
