• Exciting insights into the processes and procedures in asset management
• Creation of analyses, presentations and fact sheets on objects
• Development and presentation of a selected asset management topic over the internship period
• Accompaniment of transactions and leasing activities
• Preparation of data rooms
• Selected research activities
• Supporting the team on day-to-day issues as required

You bring that with you:

• Enrolled in a business or comparable degree programme, preferably with a focus on real estate business/real estate management
• First practical experience through training or internships is desirable
• An independent, analytical and goal-oriented way of working
• Commitment, flexibility and team spirit
• Good computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
