Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) - Hamburg
That awaits you:
- Support in our project developments from the purchase of land to completion and involvement in the economic feasibility of the project in relation to the planning and construction costs
- Preparation and tracking of project schedules, budgets and construction and planning contracts, if necessary in cooperation with the senior project manager
- Accompaniment of the project control incl. deadline and cost monitoring
- Examination of the quality of planning and execution and continuous optimization of the process
- Comparison of target specifications of the contracts with planners and building contractors, derivation of need for action
- Support with tenant and purchaser support during execution
- Participation in purchase and sales processes of land and real estate related to planning and construction issues and support of technical due diligence
You bring that with you:
- A successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering with a focus on construction or a comparable apprenticeship.
- Initial experience in the planning and execution of building construction measures or in project management and project management of construction projects
- An analytical, conscientious and goal-oriented way of working
- Interest in taking on responsibility
- Enjoy working independently, coupled with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good knowledge of project management methods and techniques
- Very good software knowledge (MS Office, MS Project)
