- Construction of 34 condominiums and 36 underground parking spaces in the Neuhausen-Nymphenburg district
- Completion planned for the end of June 2019
- Almost 82 percent of the apartments have already been sold
Hamburg, July 26, 2018 - German project developer Becken today celebrated the topping-out ceremony for its new construction project "ROMANPARK" together with Mechthilde Wittmann, member of the CSU state parliament. Becken is building a total of 34 high-quality condominiums and 36 parking spaces on a plot of almost 5,000 square meters in the Neuhausen-Nymphenburg district.
The project comprises four buildings, including a four-storey building along Romanstrasse and three elegant urban villas. The size of the one- to six-room apartments varies between 32 and 175 square meters of living space. Sabine Mösch, Branch Manager Becken Development GmbH Munich, emphasizes: "The special feature of this project is the park-like setting. With spacious gardens, balconies and the ten garden apartments, we are picking up on this park character." The garden apartments also have special use areas within the park.
"Since the start of sales in March last year, we have already sold 29 of the 34 condominiums. That corresponds to a good 82 percent of sales," says Dieter Becken, Managing Partner of Becken Holding GmbH.
