Just one and a half years before completion, developer Dieter Becken was able to sign the first rental agreement for his new office building "Esplace" at Esplanade 40 without the need for a consultant broker. The first tenant is ABC Business Center, which will open its fourth location in the Hanseatic city in August 2017 with around 1,300 m² of rental space in a prominent location and a view of the Inner and Outer Alster. ABC Business Center offers its clients fully furnished individual offices with flexible terms as well as the rental of conference rooms and day offices on an hourly basis.
The high-rise office building, which is currently under construction and located between the listed Finnlandhaus and Burmah-Haus, will have a total rental area of around 5,800 m² on 15 floors when it is completed in the first quarter of 2017 and will complete the high-rise ensemble on the Esplanade. Its imposing appearance will be characterized by a pyramid-like folded aluminium façade on the north and south sides.
